Most telecoms companies provide seemingly identical telecoms products and services. These products and services usually come via your telecoms dealer through larger faceless organisations who don’t see you as their customer. We, however, are a direct Openreach dealer for trunk line supply and fault recording, a Samsung telephone system STEP partner for the supply of on premises business communication equipment and a BT IP Exchange provider with our own internet trunk line (SIP) platform and hosted (Cloud) telephone system housed at high specification (IS0 27001) data centres here in the East Midlands.
When we set up this company we were fully aware that without fully functioning telecommunications systems a business cannot operate. So our plan was to create a telecoms company that is in full control of its customers' services as a first line provider to ensure that on-going support, fault reporting and tracking is in our control to ensure fast turnaround of any problem. We believe that we have succeeded.
Many telecoms companies outsource their engineering work but we use own team of permanent, fully trained engineers for all of our installation and maintenance work. We also employ full time technical support engineers allowing us to offer exceptional levels of technical back up and assistance.
